Purpose of the Information Session is to provide unemployed or underemployed individuals with information on Employment Services available in their community.

Note: Employment Ontario defines "underemployed" as working less than 20 hours per week on average.

Together you and your Assessor/Case Manager will develop a plan called a Return to Work Action Plan, that will clearly identify your individual needs and concerns, and outlines your next step in attaining your employment goals.
